How do I find a specific title?
Enter the title name into the search box located on every page of our website. For
more results use a portion of the title.
How many magazines do you have?
We have over 1500 discounted magazine titles covering over 100 interest areas.
When will I get my first issue?
Once you place an order on Magazine-Subscription.com it will be processed immediately through
our partner Magazine-Services.net. The delivery date of your order will vary on
the frequency of the publication and the date of which the order is placed. Consumer
magazines typically take 4-6 weeks for delivery and monthly magazines 6-10 weeks
for delivery. Other trade publications and journals may take longer.
What if I need to change my address?
At any time during your subscription, you may change your address by emailing the
Customer Service Department.
What is your refund policy?
We invite you to cancel any subscription order within 90 days of payment for a 100%
unconditional refund. Due to the high discount levels we offer our customers we
are not able to refund subscriptions after 90 days unless the publication is out
of print or the subscription was never delivered.
Do you deliver outside of the United States?
We only offer delivery to US addressed at this time.
Why do you need my email address?
We maintain your account under your email address. Should a problem ever arise regarding
your subscription we would notify you view email.
